The first committee prayer in New York City is held.

A congregation is established in Guam.

31 January 1971

Dedication of the first house of worship in the United States was held in Los Angeles, California. The event was followed by the dedication of the house of worship of the local congregation of San Francisco, one week later.

February 1971

The Church sets foot in Canada, with a congregation established in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

February 1972

Congregations are established throughout Australia
The Church reaches Germany and Switzerland
The Church reaches China by way of Hong Kong

February 1976

The first worship service in Dallas, Texas, is held.

1977

Jacksonville, Florida - Dedication of the first house of worship built from the ground up outside of the Philippines.

November 1978

The King William's Town congregation, in South Africa, is established.

1979

The mission begins in Spain
Missions are established in Brunei

April 1982

Dedication of the house of worship in Temple Hills, Maryland. Temple Hills is the second chapel built from the ground up on the east coast.

1984

June 1985

Dedication of the house of worship in National City, California. This is the first house of worship in California built from the ground up.

June 1987

US Main Office is established in Daly City, California to assist the Central Administration in supervising the 11 ecclesiastical districts of the Church in the West.

July 1987

“The Message,” the first television program of the Iglesia Ni Cristo in the US, debuts in Southern California with Brother Edward Maranan as its host.

End of the 80s

Congregations and missions of the Church can be found in the Scandinavian countries and their neighboring countries.

1990

First local congregation in Latin America is established in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

1991

The Church reaches Mexico and Aruba.

Brother Eduardo V. Manalo leads the dedication of the house of worship in Rome, Italy.

Brother Eraño G. Manalo leads Pastoral Visitation to Israel. The local congregation of Jerusalem, Israel is established.

The Athens, Greece congregation is established.

94th Anniversary of the Church of Christ (40th Anniversary in the West) held in Stockton, California.

95th Anniversary of the Church Of Christ with celebrations held in various parts of the globe.

Europe Main Office established in 2011 to further assist the Central Administration in overseeing the Church in the United Kingdom and Europe.

1 June 2013

Ordination in Battersea, United Kingdom. Second ordination outside the Philippines, and the first in Europe.

15 February 2014

Iglesia Ni Cristo members from around the world join the Worldwide Walk for Haiyan.

May 2014

First National Unity Games held in Hayward, California gathering athletes from across the US for the first time.

July 2014

INC members from around the world travel to the Philippine Arena to celebrate the Centennial Anniversary of the Church Of Christ.

August 2014

First pastoral visit to Africa by the Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo.
On the same day, the first large scale outreach evangelical mission was held in King William’s Town, South Africa after the pastoral visit. Days later, more evangelical workers and ministers were sent to help with the growing number of members in Africa.

7 September 2014

Exactly five years after becoming Executive Minister, Brother Eduardo V. Manalo leads 45th ordination in Rome, Italy. School for Ministry inaugurated in Rome as well.

July 2015

Athletes from around the world travelled to the Philippines for the first, ever International Unity Games.

26 July 2015

Centennial Closing Ceremony at the Verizon Center in Washington D.C.

8 March 2016

First batch of students in School for Ministry, Sacramento California receive certificate of completion for first two years of studies.
Additional ecclesiastical districts are established to help care for the growing number of INC members in the west.

Brother Eduardo V. Manalo leads the ordination of 10 new ministers of the gospel in Jerusalem, Israel.

7 August 2016

40th Anniversary of the Church Of Christ in Australia celebrated in the Sydney Opera House.

August 2017

Dedication of the first three houses of worship built from the ground up in Africa – Ha Fochane, Lesotho; Thaba Nchu, South Africa; and Ladybrand, South Africa.

6 May 2018
